Processing of data that we collect through your use

No personal data is required to use our website. However, our web server still records the data that your internet browser sends us (including the name of the page or file accessed, date and time, internet browser used, the page from which you came to us (referrer), screen resolution, operating system and IP -Address). Our website provider (World4You Internet Services GmbH) stores this data as server log files for 14 days. The website provider provides us with server log files for statistical evaluations. However, these do not contain any IP addresses and are therefore considered anonymous.

When do we share data?

Your personal data will only be used by us and will not be passed on to third parties without your consent, a legal obligation or a judicial or administrative decision. If we use third parties ("processors") to carry out orders, we ensure that they only use your data within the framework of the agreement concluded with them, our orders and in compliance with data protection regulations.

Integration of Google services

Fonts: This website uses Google Web Fonts, which are provided by Google servers, for the uniform display of fonts. When you call up a page, your browser loads the required web fonts into your browser cache in order to display texts and fonts correctly. If your browser does not support web fonts, a standard font will be used by your computer.

Maps: We use Google Maps to show the locations. Google Maps is operated by Google Inc., 1600 Amphitheater Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA. When calling up the locations, a direct connection to the Google servers is established. Google receives device-specific data, such as location and IP address.

Your rights

You have the right to request information from us about all processed data, the correction or deletion of this data or the restriction of the processing of the data. You can also raise an objection to data processing. You can also revoke your consent to the use of your data at any time by sending an email to office@kulturundmedien.at. If you revoke your consent or raise an objection, we will delete your data unless we are legally obliged to store it or are entitled to do so for compelling reasons worthy of protection. If you revoke your consent, this does not affect the legality of the data processing that has taken place up to this point in time. You also have the right to receive your personal data in a structured, common and machine-readable format.
