The Viennese artist Eva Silberknoll worked as a costume supervisor for the Cirque du Soleil after her training at the college for fashion and clothing technology in Vienna and is one half of the fashion designer duo TYR.
In 2010 she completed her studies in textile design and art education at the Academy of Fine Arts Vienna with a focus on photography and graphics.

"The basis of my artistic work are my photos. These either stand on their own or are" processed "into collages and canvas images. I work in an interdisciplinary manner using textiles and colors.
